Finance Intern

Ty Pinkins for U.S. Senate is seeking paid Finance Interns for 2022. Our ideal candidate is able to work independently and juggle competing priorities and strict deadlines. We are looking for folks who can work between 5-15 hours per week. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance team with call time preparation, including call sheets and follow up;

  • Assist Finance team in generating acknowledgements;

  • Complete donor research on current and prospective donors;

  • Update current and prospective donor profiles in database;

  • Assist in the preparation for, building, and staffing of fundraising events;

  • Provide general staff support to the Finance team members;

  • Provide organizational support as requested or necessary

 

Desired Qualities

  • Strong Mississippi ties

  • Located in Jackson Mississippi preferred

  • Interest in campaigns and politics
